Sashay's Personal Chef Services

Once you have contacted me, I will set up a convenient time to meet at your home. At this meeting we will discuss your families likes, dislikes, allergies, and special diets. After the meeting I will research and plan the menu according to your information. A few days before your cook date, I will email you my suggested menu for the week, thus allowing you to make changes to it if you wish. If you have any favorite recipes, I would be more than happy to use them as well.

On the day of the cook appointment, I will shop for the groceries using fresh, seasonal, and organic ingredients. I will then come to your home and prepare the meals for the week.*

Once the cooking is done, all meals will be properly packaged, labeled and stored in your refrigerator and freezer. All meals will have detailed heating instructions.

When you return home, you will find your refrigerator and freezer stocked with delicious meals and a spotless kitchen.

*Fees are due the week prior to cook date*

*Please note, that I will need access into your home on the day of the cook appointment*
