Hi, my name is Chef Cara Bell-Alex and I have a passion for cooking.

After working in the education field for many years, I decided I needed a change in my life. Having started my cooking experiences at home with my mother as a child and later catering family dinners, birthdays, anniversary and holiday parties throughout the years, I decided to pursue a career in the culinary arts field. I needed something that I could do to bring out a lot of my creativity. I found "that" something to be "cooking."

After extensive research, I enrolled at the "California School of Culinary Arts" in Pasadena, California where after 15 months of intense cooking and studying, I earned my "Le Cordon Bleu Associate of Occupational Studies Degree." Going on to work as a line cook for several restaurants and a hospital's dietary program, I found that I had a passion for entertaining and working more closely with my clients.

In January of 2006 I started my own persoanl chef business.

My mission is to incorporate my client's wants and needs with my cooking knowledge. My services will allow you to simplify your evenings, giving you more time to spend with your family and bringing everyone back to the dinner table.

I am a certified safe food handler through Serv Safe, I'm a member of the California Restaurant Association and I am licensed.
